Go Now. Get to a US National Park. Start with Yosemite.  Here is the “why”.

Giant Sequoias. Granite cliffs. Waterfalls. Waterfalls. And more waterfalls.  Yosemite is not just “Yosemite Valley”. It is magical and discoverable if you are in a Sprinter Camper van.  Read on as to why there is URGENCY.

If science is to be believed, our world is changing at a pace we may or may not survive. Lottery admissions are here. And in the not too distant future, there may not be ranger services-no searches. No rescues. No carry-outs.  Covid 2019-2020 provided a realistic glimpse.

People from all over the world come to the US National Parks because they have nothing like it; have seen nothing like it, can imagine nothing like it, because THERE IS NOTHING LIKE IT. The National Parks were America’s BEST idea.  Other countries have castles, Eiffel and Leaning Towers. In a park is the original music of life! Talk about the best soundtrack ever!  Save your soul.  Rekindle your electrical and spiritual connection to everything.

There has never been a better time to visit our US National Parks.  In 1894, Yosemite was one of four national parks.  The National Park service was founded twenty years later in 1916.  In 2024, there are 59 US National Parks, and 40 of these are in the 13 western states. The west has the tallest trees, the highest mountains, the hottest deserts, the wildest coastlines. Sit by a waterfall in Yosemite and experience LIFE! Life is now.  The parks live in our muscles, guts, feet and eyeballs.  The textures. The colors. The weather. Go Now. Escape dormancy.  Escape the virtual living for the really living.

There are SIX that have done the most to shapes what comes to mind when someone says “National Park”. Yosemite. Yellowstone.Grand Canyon.Glacier.Olympic. Rocky Mountain.

Start with Yosemite. In a Sprinter camper van, you can explore on your own terms and timelines ALL OF YOSEMITE. No worries about timelines.  You are exploring with the best NON-BACKPACK ever!  A kitchen. Heat. Water. Refrigeration. Beds!  EVERYWHERE you go! If you want to be ALIVE and FREE, you MUST explore in an electrically  sophisticated Sprinter Camper Van.  Just let us know how many travelers/and/or sleepers are in your company.  And when you want to go.  Yosemite can be visited anytime YEAR ROUND. Winter road closures Tioga and Glacier Point Road.  Crowds Memorial Day thru Labor Day.  BUT, YOU are in a Sprinter van!! That is good time insurance!

In the Wawona area, just north of Mariposa Grove, you can wander a vast meadow ringed by mountain peaks or stroll to Chilnualna Falls, a quiet alternative to the always packed Mist Trail. In Yosemite Valley itself, there harbor secrets, accessible IF you are in a Sprinter campervan.  Hike the popular 1 mile paved road to Mirror Lake, see the Half Dome reflection, then walk another mile or so, and you’ll have the valley’s farthest nook all to yourself.  Drive to the High Country.  You’ll reach more dramatic vistas.

Leave your Sprinter at the Vistors Center ALL DAY if you dont have a campsite.  Hike the 13 mi Valley Loop Trail with views of Upper Yosemite Falls and Bridalveil Falls.  Almost no one hikes it. Pick up the trail behind Yosemite Lodge or at Camp 4, or choose a section. Then catch the free shuttle when you’re done. Tenaya Lake has swimming, biking, picknicing, and a stunning setting.
